About us

Andrew Boulter

When you’re considering buying or selling a property, your first thoughts may be, “Who are we going to trust?” Most clients are looking for more than just an agent. What you need is a person you can relate to and communicate with, someone reliable, with integrity.

Andrew is that person, a unique character in a field of commission-hungry agents. Coming from the UK, Andrew has been humbled by the experience the Coolangatta/Tweed Heads region has offered him professionally. His diverse background made him embrace the often-complex world of real estate and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the industry.

For the past five years, Andrew has been a Licensed Real Estate Agent here at Harcourts BMG. There’s no one better to cover the various suburban and waterfront properties on both sides of the Queensland/New South Wales border. The area is home to Andrew, the place where he’s watched his boys turn into young men and experienced a sunny lifestyle the UK simply couldn’t offer. It’s an area he loves to share. Andrew holds the enviable position of helping people achieve their dreams. Whether it is moving out or moving in to a property, he’s here to help you on your journey.

Andrew prides himself on the personal care and attention he gives to each client. Whereas most agents have fancy flyers, Andrew relies on his honesty in conversation, which enables him to communicate more effectively with you throughout the sale process. With this in mind, it was a natural decision to invite Andrew to be part of the management leadership group to offer aspiring agents and other employees at Harcourts BMG the gift of inspiration.

David Hurley

David Hurley is our newest recruit to the Harcourts BMG team, and to the real estate industry. Coming to us from a service background and most recently a General Manager role at a local health club, David has made the exciting leap into real estate. He will be working alongside Andrew Boulter where David’s personal approach and natural flair for connecting with people will provide him with a solid foundation for success.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, David made the move to Australia from the UK some 10 years ago, not knowing anyone. He’s since married and had two children and firmly cemented his place in the local community, often feeling like he’s been here his whole life. David’s family is a constant source of inspiration to him where he strives to provide them with the happy Australian lifestyle which made him move here in the first place.

David is a firm believer in the Law of Attraction – the ability to attract what you want by putting all your focus on it. If you believe it, you can achieve it. His positive attitude along with an outgoing nature and laser focus on providing service that is above and beyond are sure to see David’s real estate career flourish.. and quickly!
