"AURA" Kingscliff Beach

Aura offers an unmissable opportunity for sophisticated beachfront living.

A premium location commanded a premium offering. Welcome to Aura, Kingscliff Beach.

Positioned on the beachfront in arguably one of the best positions in Kingscliff, we have been eagerly awaiting this great opportunity. A boutique offering of only six luxury residences, Aura’s enviable location provides a lifestyle of convenient beachside leisure. Being literally walking distance to all that Kingscliff offers, at Aura you can choose to leave the car at home.

A hidden gem on the far north coast of New South Wales, ‘Kingy’ as it is known to locals is a lifestyle location still to hit its stride. Opportunities in the market to own a property of this calibre (and these views, in this location) are rare, and we expect that this unrivalled opportunity won’t last long.

Proudly developed by Panacea Development Partners, Aura offers a variety of floorplans to best suit your lifestyle, with each apartment designed to maximise the stunning ocean views and breezes. Features include 9ft ceilings, fully ducted air-conditioning with smart automation, intercom with smart integration, high end Smeg appliances, timber oak floors and luxury fittings and fixtures. There is an on-site pool with communal entertaining area in a lush garden setting, and the penthouses boast incredible entertaining space with private rooftop terraces and panoramic ocean views.

The classic coastal facade compliments the local village and beachfront landscape. The relationship between inside and out, white sand and blue ocean views, the natural and classic material selections capture the elements of the surrounding coastal environment.

Aura is a true offering of sophisticated beachfront living. If this is the lifestyle you are seeking, we look forward to working with you to register your interest.

About the Developer

Panacea Development Partners are a boutique property development company based in Queensland, Australia. We create commercial assets as well as high quality, boutique residences that represent an excellent investment choice for our purchasers.

Our designs are always well considered, and we strive to think of the small things to ensure that our projects offer that next layer or 'value add' component that most other projects don't.

Liveability, lifestyle, and a great investment are always key attributes of our projects. Simply put, if we wouldn’t be proud to live in it or work in it, we won’t create it.

Kingscliff area profile

Just south of the Gold Coast border and 15 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport lies the quaint town of Kingscliff, known for its beach town charm, bustling beachfront precinct offering numerous cafes, pubs, SLSC and retailers. Music lovers will know this as the home of the 1980s band members, The Sunnyboys.

Whilst historically known as a great holiday destination, from the ever-popular caravan park to up market holiday homes, Kingscliff is quickly “growing up”. As some of the older cottages are updated and remodelled, the area is quickly evolving into a more “beach chic” location, often compared to the likes of Noosa Heads.

Farmers and night markets are local’s favourites, and the town plays host to numerous local and international surfing and lifesaving events. Weekend mornings see the beachfront cafes swell with locals, often returning from walks, ocean swims and bike rides, signalling the start of another relaxing day.

Kingscliff’s hills and terrain offer a variety of potential views, with homes benefitting from both southerly and northerly perspectives, depending on location.

Occupying 9 square kilometres, with a population of 7,464+ (2016 census), Kingscliff offers a strong commercial presence in the area, including solicitors, architects, library, banks, ambulance/emergency services, medical centres, and TAFE.

Included in the Kingscliff town area is the “Salt Village” community, located on its southern border. Like Casuarina, Salt is a newer development established around 2005, and the two communities are linked by a bike path along the beachfront, which continues all the way into Kingscliff - a well tracked walk for residents! Salt has been a popular relocation target for inter-state buyers, and has seen innovative, architecturally designed homes built throughout the community. With the new influx of buyers, Salt’s friendly streets have filled with younger families – look out when driving around for kids on bikes and skateboards!

Salt Beach is a 1.2km stretch of pristine and uncrowded beach which is patrolled during spring and summer. Great for beach walks, fishing, surfing, or just “chillaxing”. Salt Central Park, is the gathering area residents and visitors, and is situated between Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Mantra on Salt Beach Central Park. The retail strip includes numerous restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores.

Just south of Salt lies Casuarina. With a resident population of over 1660+ people (2015 census), young families and retirees were the initial residents. However, in the last few years, professionals have realised that the 15-minute drive to the Gold Coast Airport, and proximity to Gold Coast commercial precincts, makes Casuarina a great location that combines work and lifestyle.

A recently completed multi-million dollar neighbourhood centre retail hub includes a Coles supermarket, along with 12 specialty stores and parking for 237 vehicles. Casuarina is also home to Surfing Australia’s High Performance Centre, where many of Australia’s elite surfers undergo state of the art physical training and coaching. Adjacent to the centre is the Rec Club Rock Fitness Centre, a popular gym featuring swimming, boxing, yoga, pilates and weight training facilities, personal training and classes. Casuarina is active!

The annual Greenback Fishing competition is well known and attended. A visit to the Tweed Regional Gallery in Murwillumbah is high on our list, if not for the love of art, certainly for the views from its cafe!

With access to Byron Bay only 35 minutes south, the buzzing holiday town offers a great destination for day trips, with its plethora of watering holes and eateries. About LS PROPERTIES

As locals who have built and sold our own homes on this magnificent coast, we take great pride in helping you sell your property too!  We simply treat our vendors (and buyers) the same way we expect to be treated when we sell our personal homes.  We assume our clients have had past real estate experience, and simply need us to facilitate the process on their behalf with honesty, integrity, regular feedback and a healthy sale!

Negotiating excellent prices for our vendors is something we have developed our reputation on; we would be happy to share our sales record, testimonials and details to support this statement. We live amongst you, and want to see our values protected through responsible real estate transactions.  We like to deliver on our promises and keep our word to maintain our healthy business which is local and very personal.  We consider your timing, price expectations, market conditions and the detail of your home before we plan any marketing.  When spending marketing money, we believe in focused marketing that works to highlight your home against the competition.  We may seem pedantic with the preparation of your home before it goes to market, but this is just in an effort to help you achieve the best money for your home.

We can guide you each step of the way; we look forward to meeting you and representing your home to achieve an honest result!
