Ravensfield Release

Ravensfield takes in some breathtaking views over Wentworth Wetlands and across the treetops to Kurri Kurri, Heddon Greta, Gillieston Heights, Rathluba and East Maitland.

Imagine being surrounded by nature, living that country lifestyle you have always dreamed about and being only 11 minutes from one of NSW's most vibrant regional shopping centres.
Ravensfield at Farley ticks all those boxes.

Peters Real Estate, Maitland is proud to present this unique lifestyle opportunity releasing 350 fully serviced lots off Wollombi Road.

Located just 7.5 kilometres from Maitland's Central Business District hub and 3.5 kilometres from Rutherford Shopping Centre, Ravensfield is in poll position.

It has easy access to everything from cinemas, national retail outlets and fine dining establishments to cultural centres, world class vineyards and pristine beaches.

Steeped in history this landmark development provides the ideal liveability for families and is being developed with the word "community" in mind.

Maitland may be the country's fastest growing inland city but that has not been at the expense of compromising this location's rural and cultural heritage.

The city is home to the country's first river port at Morpeth, located just 14 kilometres from Ravensfield.

It is the home of boxing great Les Darcy, the founder of Arnott's Biscuits William Arnott and actors John Bell and Ruth Cracknell.
Ravensfield has so much more to offer other than just calling it home.

It's a lifestyle, a community, the residential envy of it's neighbours and the place everyone will want to call home.

A fifth generation resident in the Lower Hunter area and VERY proud to be the son of the Founders of this firm Jack & Irene PETERS . Previously educated at St Pauls Primary, Maitland Marist Brothers and thereafter achieved Certificates in Real Estate, Auctioneering, Stock & Station Certificates at Maitland & Newcastle TAFES. Also having undertaken specific industry training over the years with industry trainers Neil Jenman, Lee Woodward, Mark Dwyer & Peter Gilchrist.

In early 90’s whilst on a working holiday I was appointed as the principal property auctioneer for a firm in London United Kingdom, which had a network of five offices. Upon returning home I took over the management of Jack Peters Real Estate which then became Peters Real Estate in 1996.

Married to Kate (nee Creigh) in 1992 and we now reside at Louth Park with our three sons Edward, Benjamin & James, 2 dogs and at the time of writing 10 sheep . Over the years I had a great deal of fun playing coach/manager to the boys in the involvement at Maitland Junior soccer teams and thereafter on the sidelines at their rugby league & union teams.

Other interest include trekking, sailing and snow skiing (three fractures later!!!).
