Paying Your Deposit - For Residential Properties
Funds are to be deposited into the Presence Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Hunter Sales Trust Account.
Please take note: Macquarie Bank currently does not accept payments from Osko to the Trust Account.
Payment can be made by Direct Deposit to

Please use the following convention when adding in your reference or description so the Sales Trust Administrator can easily identify your deposit.
Units:
1. The letter "u" followed by the unit number then as below for Residential Properties
All Residential Properties
2. Full Street Number
3. First 4 letters of Street Name
4. First 4 letters of Suburb
5, First 4 letters of Last Name
Example, Unit 3/162 Telford Street, Newcastle in the name of Kentwell
Please also send a remittance advice to clientcare@presence.net.au and cc in your agent.
Receipting Information
Once funds have been cleared you will be issued with a Trust Account Receipt.
You can expect this receipt within 3-5 business days of your initial deposit.
Please note; we are unable to reciept your deposit if we do not have a completed and signed sale sheet from your agent. There will be a delay until this is recieved.
