If you wish to make an offer on any block in Rainbow Beach Estate, here are the steps you need to take to ensure you don't miss out!

Step 1 - Choose Your Block

Choose the block that ou are interested in. Make an appointment to meet Stewart on site so that you can have a walk over the block and take in the aspect.

Step 2 - Make An Offer

Once you have decided on your block you will need to make an offer. This offer should be done in writing either via email or text message, whichever suits. Please advise if you have any conditions of the offer. Eg, if you need finance, deposit amount and settlement terms (if applicable).

Step 3 - Your Offer Is Lodged

Congratulations – your offer has now been taken to the vendor to either say 'yes' or 'no'.

If your offer is accepted you will need to pay a $1,000 holding deposit. This deposit is refundable if for some reason your circumstances change and you need to withdraw your offer.

If your offer is declined, don't be alarmed, you can either increase your offer on the same block or if the block you have chosen is out of your budget, you can make an offer on another block.
