How to apply for this property
We want to make the application process as simple and as fast as possible, so we use Sorted.
Here's what you need to do.
STEP 1.
You'll need a Sorted account to fill out an application.
Whether you already have a Sorted account or you need to set one up. Login or set up here.
STEP 2.
When you are logged in to Sorted:
- Search for the property you want to apply for.
- Follow the application prompts

Application FAQ's
01. What happens after I submit my application?
Our team will be reviewing your application including calling your references. If there is any missing information, or we have any questions during this time we’ll be in touch.
02. When will I know if my application is successful or not?
We usually complete our application review and reference checks within 3 business days after you submit your application.
If you haven’t heard from us after 3 business days since submitting your application, then free to get in touch with us by sending an email to: leasing@thepropertycollecitve.com.au
Hint: It's best not to contact us until after 3 business days as it can delay the application review and reference checks process.
Tips for creating a great application

01. Provide all of the documentation required

03. If the rent amount is more than 30% of your income, add a guarantor
